I'm trying to change the password but I received this message "we sorry we couldn't confirm it' you" any Help Please.

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues changing your password. Have you tried clearing your browser's cache, cookies, and history yet? If that doesn't do the trick, have you tried changing your password from both the mobile app and/or from the desktop experience? If all else fails, you may want to reach out to our Customer Support teams for further assistance.
