I cannot message PayPal support!

Hello

 

I cannot contact PayPal support via message. If I go to message center and click on "No, I need more help", PayPal Assistant doesn't tranfer me to an customer service agent but says "I'm sorry, but no Customer Support Agents are available at the moment. Please try again later or browse the PayPal Help Center for answers to frequently asked questions."

 

If I go to https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/contact-us and I'm logged out, I can see the "Message us" link at the bottom. If I'm logged in and go to https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/contact-us I only see "Ask the community", "Resolution Center" and "Call us", but there's no "Message us".

My PayPal account country is Finland and if I go to https://www.paypal.com/fi/smarthelp/contact-us when I'm logged out I can't see "Message us" link.

 

Is message support not available in Finland?! My PayPal is in English. I have previously been able to use the message center, but not anymore.

I was able to contact paypal when I tried to contact them during workhours

Sorry for hijacking’s this thread but I’m going insane trying to find a resolution to my issue. I tried to post a question but I kept getting asked for ‘descriptive keywords’ !!! Never heard anything so crazy !! I can’t contact PayPal as the offices are closed. Here’s my issue. I’m still getting a prompt to send a text to my old mobile number even though I’ve changed it to my new number. Seeing as I don’t have that number anymore I can’t use the PayPal app. on my iPhone. ???? But all I can do is either call you paypal or open a case on a transaction. I have added my new number whilst the old number was there & then removed my old number but I still get prompts for log in security texts to be sent to the old number but I don’t have it anymore ?? Can someone help or get someone from customer services to contact me as I’m unable to use the PayPal app Online it says ‘having trouble logging in’ then another prompt for a text comes up with my new number but in the app it’s my old number but no other prompts like trouble logging in, etc.
