Sorry for hijacking’s this thread but I’m going insane trying to find a resolution to my issue. I tried to post a question but I kept getting asked for ‘descriptive keywords’ !!! Never heard anything so crazy !! I can’t contact PayPal as the offices are closed. Here’s my issue. I’m still getting a prompt to send a text to my old mobile number even though I’ve changed it to my new number. Seeing as I don’t have that number anymore I can’t use the PayPal app. on my iPhone. ???? But all I can do is either call you paypal or open a case on a transaction. I have added my new number whilst the old number was there & then removed my old number but I still get prompts for log in security texts to be sent to the old number but I don’t have it anymore ?? Can someone help or get someone from customer services to contact me as I’m unable to use the PayPal app Online it says ‘having trouble logging in’ then another prompt for a text comes up with my new number but in the app it’s my old number but no other prompts like trouble logging in, etc.
