I feel your pain, the exact same thing happened to me with FB, which requires me to use my old phone number to input the OTC code. @milkyjoe01 I actually know the answer to this, from my FB research. your options are 1) to hack your old phone number, and intercept the code being sent to your old phone number. or 2) call your old phone number to give you the code when it's asked for it. I was uncomfortable with the first option; and the second option wouldn't give me the code, just on principle for bothering them. then if and when you log in, change it to your new number. If you still want to contact paypal support, they have no e-mail, but You can still send longer messages to their support team by sending a direct message to @AskPayPal on Twitter, or by writing through their Facebook Page.
