I can't verify my phone number

I want to verify my phone number but I do not have a cell phone
how can I fix this issue?

How can you verify a phone number that you do not have???

I do have  phone number

but I do not have a cell phone
I only only have a basic phone

thus I cannot receive any text messages

and every time I want to verify it , it just says I got I text at that number

but I cant get a text at that number since it is not a cell phone

You need a mobile (not landline) phone issued in your country and registered in just your name verified on your Paypal account.
Paypal are using mobile phones for i.d requirements for logging in and withdrawal funds for extra security measures.
