I can't open my account to app but can open in browser

Hi, The main problem is about i can't login my account to mobile but i can login thru browser how can i solve this problem? Also can't recevied any verification code to my mobile number. Hoepfully we can fix this ASAP. Thanks

I am sorry to know about the trouble you're facing with the mobile app. If you are attempting to log in through the PayPal mobile app and are experiencing difficulty, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if this helps to resolve this issue. It is mandatory to have a registered phone number active to receive the verification code. If you do not have the registered phone number or still facing the same issue, please reach out to our customer support through the available contact options on our website.
