I can't login to my account on laptop browsers, like chrome and Mozilla. But i can login on my mobile browsers and PayPal app.

Hi @Dagimsol,
Welcome to the PayPal community. We are always happy to have new members.
It seems strange that you can login using the mobile browsers and your PayPal app and not on the desktop version on your laptop. I would recommend clearing the cookies and cache and the temporary files on all of your browsers as this should resolve the issue for you.
