How do I remove all contacts on my account, and stop the synching?

There’s no synching option (at least one that I could find) but you can remove/block contacts by:

Website:

1. Click Send & Request.
2. Click Contacts and select the name of the person you want to block.
3. Click Block this contact (or Remove this contact).
4. Click Block (or Remove) to confirm.

PayPal App:

1. Tap Send.
2. Under "Your contacts," find the person you want to block and tap the 3 dots icon next to their name.
3. Tap Block (person's name) or Tap Remove (person’s name) and confirm block or removal.

You can hide your profile in Search Privacy Settings.

Hi, thank you for a prompt response. But, I already knew these steps.

It is shocking to know that Paypal doesn't have multi-delete fuction on contacts. 

Moreover they synch all contacts from my phone upon sign-up is a bad step. I have 99% of my contacts totally useless and it takes so much time to remove them all and clean up.
