How do I find my PayPal account

I am a paypal user and all my payments are made trough a linked credit card.
A seller asks my paypal account to refund me for defective items sold.
My questions are:
1. Do I have a paypal account?
2. How can I find my account (if I have one)?
3. How can I create an account (if I do not have one)?

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I understand your concern to get a refund from the seller to your PayPal account. If you have sent the payment via card, it might have been sent via Guest account. The seller can refund the transaction from the same payment that they have received, the refund will be sent to the same card from which the money was taken. If you have not created the account, you can create the account by clicking on the link. You can provide your email address linked with your account to the seller to receive the payment/refund.
