I cannot receive money by paypal

Hello

 

I have paypal account and I have registered all correct documents. When a company pays me money I do not receive it and no transactions is shown in my dashboard. There is no error registered from the sending company either. Please let me know how I can start investigating. Seems the support agent and live chat are not working .

Last time you posted a similar question you said you were in Sweden but you are using a Burundian paypal account.

I already informed you of this.

You need to close that account and open a paypal account in the CORRECT country.

You can't use another countries paypal account and you can't receive paypal payments on a Burundian paypal account.

Hello, I think there is a misunderstanding here. I posted the question on the wrong country not created the paypal account on a wrong country. I have provided all documents that are needed and not sure even what the error is. Thanks

You can't post a question on the wrong country as this is a worldwide forum for all countries.

You have registered a Burundian paypal account and NOT a Swedish one as per below.

 

User Shha: Burundi Personal Account

 

Go click on settings/profile next to log out in your paypal account and on the left side under nationality you would see Burundi and NOT Sweden as I keep telling you.

Yeah now I see what you meant. You’re right that is a mistake in creating the account. Thank you for clarifying it.

So you need to close that account removing anything from it and open one in the correct country.

When you click to register click on the drop down box and scroll down to Sweden if that is where you reside.

Hello, One remaining question about deleting all data in my previous account before closing it. I had uploaded some identification documents and I couldn’t see them to delete them so I clicked on request to delete data, but it keeps warning that the request cannot be done due to authentication issue. So finally I only closed the account. Could you please let me know if there is any risk that those documents might be abused? Thanks

Your data can't be intercepted when it's sent from your computer to ours. PayPal automatically erases personal data by the retention period.
