Welcome! Thanks for joining the PayPal Community Forum! This is a great question. Most all account notifications will go to the primary confirmed email address. When you receive a payment, the payment notification will go to the phone number or email address that specific payment was sent to. If you'd like to receive a specific notification at another email address, there may be forwarding options available with your email provider.
There are certain notification preferences you are able to set and customize. You can find How to update those notification preferences here.
