I have 2 accounts open and I use one for the only main one and an agent was supposed to have closed the other and change my phone number to my new number but it's not working and I'm having to use the account agent didn't close like I asked. I need to use email and number with other account not this account how can I change number if I can't log in. I want to use my other account not this account
