Downgrade account from Business to Personal - Hold Release

Hello everyone, I have a question to those who have tried downgrading their account from business to personal. 

When you downgraded it, did it release the funds that were on hold?

It would make no difference as the 'hold' applies to personal and business accounts as per link.
