Does PayPal EVER answer the phone?!

Does PayPal EVER answer the phone?! On hold over 2 hours so far!

I have also been trying to get through to them for 3 days now - at this number[Removed. Phone #s not permitted] the 2nd and 3rd times I left it on for 3 hours returned home after shopping and the outgoing message was still on - I tried calling at different times of the day also. I tried the message center which is also useless since it leads nowhere and the chat line is a bot that doesn't understand anything. I never had this problem before - something must be wrong with their line. I'm shocked that no one else in the community has answered your question - it's crazy! And I'm not a robot goes on and on and on - horrible. I think we have to report this to the BBB

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some road-blocks reaching our Customer Support teams. Have you tried through Twitter DM or Facebook PM, yet? Their support is normally available in a reasonable time-frame.
