Delete old accounts and transfer the information to the new one

I've created 2 PayPal accounts with some information back in 2021, both of them were limited and cannot be closed anymore.

Now i want to start over and create a new one with proper information to get started. Unfortunately, the new account is also disabled as well.

Is there any way that i delete the 2 old accounts back in 2021 and then reuse those information to create my new account without being limited/disabled?

Thank you.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

I clicked the "Contact Support" center and there are no more options other than the help center, community, and "call us". I want to inform them through mail only, is there any way to do that?
