Confirm using PayPal app

Hello, when i try to login to my account it says: Confirm using PayPal app, i dont have logged in my account to any app, what should i do i tried to many different method

Thank you for your first post in the PayPal Community Forum, and welcome! I can see how only having the one option available would be frustrating!

 

I'm sorry that this is the only thing being presented to you when you do not use the app. For assistance with this, please reach out to Customer Service. You can find your contact options by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website. You can then click Password and account access, and then click Login problems, and the option to reach Customer Service without logging in should be there. Alternatively, you can DM on Twitter or PM on Facebook.

Start off by opening a new tab for parole that way keep the other one up on hidden tab and that will get u in every time hope this helps.
