Welcome to the PayPal community! I'm sorry to learn that you are facing issues confirming the email address on your PayPal account. When you add an email address, we automatically send an email to confirm the address. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder, and check that you entered the correct email address. If you are facing issues confirming it, I ask that you please confirm it using a desktop or a laptop for better viewing and understanding. If you are having problems, try it again with a different device and a different Wi-Fi.
If you still encounter the issue, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page for further assistance.
