Charity confirmation

I'm writing to seek some advice and guidance regarding an issue I've been encountering while trying to confirm the charitable status of our non-profit organization. Whenever I submit the required information, I keep getting the same response: "We need more information." The missing details is related to the Financial Account Verification process. Now, here's the catch – I've already provided our IBAN, and it was successfully linked and confirmed. Our bank account has also undergone verification, and I've supplied the necessary information multiple times.I'm feeling a bit stuck and unsure about the best way to proceed.
