Cannot set up Yubikey, getting some type of error

Hi community.

for the time being I'm using google authenticator app to log into my PayPal, but I also purchased a Yubikey.

I'm trying to use  a Yubikey, but I'm getting this error appearing, and also: requested time out message. 

also where can I download the 6 digits google authenticator which PayPal is using for backup?

I do understand your concern with this. It sounds like you may be experiencing a technical issue when trying to set up your authenticator.
