Cannot confirm its me

Hello,
I have tried to log into Paypal but I am not receiving the security text or call from them anymore. My phone works fine as I have been receiving other texts and calls.
The message on screen says "We're sorry, we couldn't confirm it's you." when i request they call.
With the text, it just never comes.
Does anyone else have this issue, or have had it and successfully resolved it?
