Address has no street type, cannot verify address

My address doesn't have a street type, i live on xx the strand, suburb. I cannot verify my address because this field is left blank, if I split the address and put street type as "strand" my validation fails. How do I overcome this please? I can't send or receive money anymore until this is resolved

Try to work the address info according to:

123 Street Name, Stra (short for “Strand” which is the street type, see below) or Google your address to see how they format it.
