Address Verification

My proof of identity is already verified. However, when I sent the address verification it was declined due to different name on the billing paper. I am living with my sister and she owned the property. We have different family because we have different father. What are the other options to verify my address? Because I don't have any proof of billing.

How to Verify My Address for PayPal

1. Enter Your Credit Card Information. Click on the "My Account" tab at the top of your PayPal account screen and place your cursor over the "Profile" heading. 
2. Apply for PayPal Credit Card. Click on the "Products and Services" tab within your account.
3. Confirm by Mail.

Proof of address
These documents must be dated within the last 3 months to be considered acceptable:

• Current utility bill dated within the last 3 months
• Bank, credit card, or financial statement
• Cell phone bill
