I am logging this on behalf of my sister. She cannot access her account as she lost the sim card connected to her paypal account which means she cannot access her account at the moment as they would not let her access her account without a one time pin. There is also no place she can get help without being logged into her account which she cannot do without a one time pin. There is absolutely no way we can get access to that number anymore because a sim swop is also out of the question. My question is how does she contact you to get access to her account now? there is no way available for her unless she is logged in and she cannot log into her account at the moment.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
