HI I HAVE TRIED TO ORGANISE A COURIER & PAID OR TRIED TO PAY WITH PAYPAL BUT IT JUST SAYS CANCELLED & WONT TELL ME WHY ? I KNOW THE FUNDS ARE THERE SO IM BAFFLED 2ND TIME THIS MONTH & I LOST THE LAST ITEM I WON ON EBAY DUE TO THIS,CAN ANYONE EXPLAIN WHY PAYPAL DOESNT SEEM TO LIKE MY MONEY ? ITS CLEAN ITS COSHER & ITS LEGAL TENDER AND I WISH I HAD A SUIT CASE FULL OF IT ,HELP ME SOMEONE PLEASE.
It sounds like you have placed an order with this company and not a direct payment.
Sometimes when you place an order it can be cancelled by the merchant themselves, go to your 'History' on your PayPal home page and click on 'Details' next to the transaction and you should see the reason this payment was cancelled or denied.
