Hi

The 2 small amounts of money  are not in my bank account after 1 week. How long do I have to wait?

They don't seem to show on the paypal account either.

 How can I actually contact paypal about it? The email gives no option for this - .

and I am not using the premium rate phone given the other comments here about the service!

Hi there paipal_tiana,

It sounds like you have not successfully requested the deposits. Here's how:

1. Go to www.paypal.co.uk and log in to your account.
2. Click ‘Profile’ near the top of the page.
3. Click 'My money'.
4. In the Bank accounts section click 'Update'.
5. Click ‘Confirm’ next to the bank account you want to confirm.
6. Click the 'Set up Direct Debit' button.
7. The next page will display your bank details. Enter the full address of your bank account, then click ‘Submit'.

Once you've clicked 'Submit', we'll send two random deposits (both between 1p and 99p) to your bank account. These deposits are at our expense and you'll find them on your online bank statement within two to three working days, or on your next paper statement.
