I am quite new to this. I went throught the process to lift my limits, the 2 amounts of money transferred into my account and so on but now paypal say they need me to fax photographic id and proff of address to lift the final limit. The proof of address is not a problem but i have no photographic id as i do not drive and my passport expired a couple of years ago and i havent renewed it. Is there any other way i can verify this?
If you do not have a Passport or a Drivers Licence we can accept your Birth Certificate as an alternative.
Along with this we will also need to see a government issued document that was sent to you in the last 12 months, for example a tax certificate/letter.
