Error when withdrawing funds to bank account /

I have a few issues

 

Firstly, I know this has been covered but I want to raise it again because my case is slightly different

 

I'm trying to withdraw funds into my bank account but the message "The account you entered would need additional review. Please link a different bank account." keeps popping up

I've withdrawn money in the past so why am I having trouble now?

I dont have access to a fax machine so I dont know what I would do,  plus I have online banking anyway

 

My second issue is this: I was paid $20 from Digital Journal, which was then converted into £

however, this is not added to the total of my balance

I received £30 in total from one client inthe last few days but my balance says £33.31 so I'm presuming that the extra £3 is from the digital jounal payment

but why is it only £3, surely I should have at least £42 in my balance?

Hi there iramramzan,

 

It sounds like the bank account is registered to another PayPal account, if so you will need to remove this bank before adding it to your new PayPal account.

 

In relation to your balance, when you receive a payment it should go directly to your PayPal balance, check the below:

 

  1. Go to www.paypal.co.ukand log into your account.
  2. Click 'History' near the top of the page.
  3. Click 'All activity (with balance)'.
