how much longer to revew my documents

iv been waiting a week now for my account  to be lifted iv thousands in the account and i will go bust if i dont get  my moneys this is part of my income whats happening  this is crazy bad buisness

i cant contact buy phone it all in spanish im english and i get no reply from emails  an contact by phone is only avalabe through mobile and it costs me a fortune

this is so un fair i have a lot of moneys in this accoun that i need to withdraw i was told it would only take 24 to 48 hours to sort

its now a week this is not goodenough i need it sorting  iv sent my driving licence and bills and bank account ect  but still nothing
