get verified add bank account

i cant verified my account every time trying to get verified i see this message even cant update bank account

 

This bank account has already been added to PayPal but was not successfully confirmed. Please contact our Customer Service department for help confirming your bank account.

 

can someone help me plz.

Hey there,

 

It sounds like you input the 2 small charges incorrectly 3 times which disabled the bank from our system. I have now fixed this so you can re-add the bank account and set up the direct debit again.

Can you please do that to my account too thanks they withdrawed $0.37 cents so please i **bleep**ed up i put 0.37 on both things and stuff so please help i really need help with this i tried sending a message saying this stuff its been like 2 weeks and still no progress please help thanks

Hi I am also having this problem.

I have the amounts on my bank statement, but can find nowhere on my profile or account setting to add them to continue with the bank verification.

I tried to remove the bank to try again, but there is no reference to me having any bank account at all.

Please help, this is very frustrating and I want to withdraw my money and sell more things.

Hi there Ieellaallama, 

 

It sounds like your bank account has been disabled, this can happen if you enter the code wrong 3 times. 

 

If you call or email us directly we can re-enable the bank account for you to allow you to start the process again.
