Limit Still Not Lifted

Opened my account about a year ago and i had an initial limit. SInce then i have done everything that was asked including sending in my identification and adding and confirming my bank account and card with the code provided.
When i go to my account it says view limits and when i click that it says £1900 limit and £1642 left. When i click lift limits it takes me to a page which shows me everything i'm supposed to do is ticked off.
So i call paypal and they tell me there is no limit! They actually say it's just my computer screen which shows the limit. (How stupid do these people think i am?). Well i told them i have viewed my account from different computers and my account still shows a limit, but they insist there is no limit. What am i supposed to do. I have a business account with these guys and i'm afraid to start accepting regular payments. Seriously thinking about just switching to a different payment processor.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Pam

Hi there Patm2011,
Welcome to the Community!
I can imagine that the position that you are currently in must be very frustrating. Sometimes when a customer is trying to get their account limits lifted, the steps don't save correctly even though you have completed each of the steps.
I realise that you have already tried contacting us in regards to this but sometimes there can be a slight delay with your limits being rectified on your account.
This should update at some point in the near future and you should see that your account is fully verfied and your limits have been lifted.
Please let me know when you see that it has been updated.
David.
