I'm aware of the annual 2500 euro receiving limit on payments into your account, but I'm unsure if refunds count as "payments" as well. For example, if I bought something from an online store and they have since refunded my payment through PayPal), would the refunded amount count towards my receiving limit?
Similarly, if I sold and item on eBay and have since refunded the buyer, would their initial payment still count towards my receiving limit?
Great question. When we calculate the amount of funds received, all payments received into your account are counted. This would include refunds received and payments that you have received and later refunded.
