Hello there. I requested for the verification code twice meaning I was charged $1.95 twice and was assured both the charges will be refunded in my paypal account. However, I am not able to add funds to my paypal account, so how am I going to be refunded?
Any money charged to you during the verification process will be refunded to you once you have confirmed your card. If you are in a region where you cannot add money to your PayPal account the refund will go directly back to your card. That normally take 2 - 3 working days.
