Problems with verification of credit card

My account went into negative. In order to restore the balance I click on resolve balance and it offers me to add funds through the credit card that is already registered through PayPal. When I try to confirm this PayPal renders error saying the following: "This transaction failed because we were unable to verify this credit card through our card validation process. In order to proceed with your transaction, please select a different funding method or add a different credit card".

I don't have another card and I don't know what to do. Thought perhaps the PayPal community can help me.

I tried to validate my debit care and got an error yesterday,

i tried it again on chrome and there also i got an error... but after some time i got a mesage from my bank whose debit care i used , saying that 1.95 dollars has be taken from my account ,after 1 hr again i got the same message that this amount was taken from my account.

and then when i tried to shop @ ebay i got the same message again , tried it on a different site and got the same error again , but the shoping was not compelted , while proceeding to payment it showed an error that the 3 digit  bla bla bl is not valdi or cannot be processed or some**bleep** like that , tried calling customer care and it says the number is out of reach wtf?

paypal already took like 6.23 USD from my account 😕

and i still cant shop :s

Help me pls. I can' t verify my paypal account using my RCBC My Wallet Debit Visa Card. Error says: "The Card Verification System used by PayPal is currently unavailable. Please try to add your card at a later time. We apologize for this inconvenience." pls help me. thanks!

Hi There to all RCBC My wallet visa debit card

I already solved my problem, kindly check your available balance through teller, maybe you don't enough balance in your card. I found out lately that my available is 95.00 pesos only. then, the teller told me that for every debit transaction there's a 10.00 pesos deduction. try to deposit aroung 200.00 pesos and try to log in again in paypal and confirm your card 🙂

So i just received new credit card from the bank. After trying to sent payment, my paypal refuses to do so, and message pop up like this 'This transaction failed because we were unable to verify this credit card through our card validation process?'. What should i do?

Welcome to the PayPal community forum.

You should contact your card issuer to clarify why your card is not being accepted. When contacting your card issuer you should ask to speak to the online authorisation department and they will be able to see all the denials.
