My account went into negative. In order to restore the balance I click on resolve balance and it offers me to add funds through the credit card that is already registered through PayPal. When I try to confirm this PayPal renders error saying the following: "This transaction failed because we were unable to verify this credit card through our card validation process. In order to proceed with your transaction, please select a different funding method or add a different credit card". I don't have another card and I don't know what to do. Thought perhaps the PayPal community can help me.
