Permanently Suspended Without Reason?

First of all, I'm sorry if this is in the wrong place it's difficult to find help on such a topic but I hope someone can help me out here!

A friend of mine is having extreme difficulty with Paypal currently, my friend can't even go on these forums to ask for help because Paypal have limited his account to such an extent.

He has told me that he has had his account suspended and all money in his account frozen. He phoned PayPal to ask why, but they simply said that he is seen as a "Business Risk" and wouldn't explain any further. 

He has been told that he can't open up another account ever again, and since he has only been told he is a "Business Risk" he feels he at least wants to know why this is, could anyone shed any light on this? 

If someone could help explain how this would of happened that would great!

This is a community forum and not paypal customer services so it is very unwise to put someones email addy on the board....please edit your post asap.

No one here can tell you why your friends account was suspended, the only people that can are paypal themselves.

Thank you for the response, I did as you asked. 

Paypal have been very reluctant to respond and won't do so, they are being very... unprofessional. I was curious to see if anyone else has encountered this problem and knew of a solution or reason why?
