hello Paypal community. My Paypal account has been permanently limited and the 180-day waiting period is over. However, I cannot yet access or withdraw the available funds.The Paypal support says the balance is available for withdrawal, but the clearing bank (the bank which processes Paypal cash) says the money is yet to be availed for withdrawal. They keep pushing me back and I need the money. Kindly help
