I want to apply to PayPal Credit, however I'm from Croatia, is there a way, or is it US only?

At the moment PayPal Credit is not available in Croatia. We are always expanding our services so hopefully this will reach you soon.

Yes, I'm having the same issue. How come Croatia is not eligible?
