I have no photo id?! Cannot verify paypal!!! Someone please help...

Hello,

Paypal asked me to verify my account.

So i sent everything i had.

Bank statement with my address on it, copy of my national insurance number. Birth certificate, all of which were fine.

I currently do not have a passport or a drivers license, so i applied for a citizenscard which has my photo and dob on.

Paypal refused to accept this, i rang them up, and got a very rude reply, they told me i need a passport, or a tax returns letter from the government, i do not have this as i am a student.

Someone please help, i reply on ebay solely so i can afford rent.

Hi there danny_563,

If you do not have a passport or a drivers licence the only alternative we can accept for a Photo ID is both of  the below:

-Birth Certificate

-Government issued Document (Tax Credits/Benefits)

how can i send both of the above when paypal does not offer that selection in the drop down menu?
