If the documents are in relation to a limitation or dispute you can upload them as per the below instructions:
Here's how to send us a file that we've requested:
- Go to www.paypal.co.uk and log in to your account.
- Click 'Resolution Centre' near the top of the page.
- Under 'Steps to Remove Limitations,' click 'Resolve' next to the request for documentation.
- Click 'Upload Files.'
- Click 'Browse,' and then select the required documents to send.
- Click 'Open.'
- Enter a title for the file. The title should not include more than three numbers.
- Click 'Attach This File.'
- Attach the rest of the requested files, if any, and then click 'Send Files to PayPal.'
If not, you can use the name change upload option as an alternative:
- Go to www.paypal.co.uk/namechange (and log in to your account if prompted)
- Select the type of change you would like to make and click ‘Continue.’ (any in this case)
- Click 'Upload Files.'
- Browse for the file(s) you want to upload and click ‘Attach this File.’
- Click ‘Send Files to PayPal.
