Your account access is limited

Hello,
I have a problem with an internet card (a card is without a bank account) that I use with PayPal. When I tried to pay for a service through PayPal,
the following message appeared: "We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please go back to the merchant and try using a different payment method."
Namely, my PayPal account is limited for payment. As evidence, I submit the following picture:
They are asking me to send them certain documents as evidence that my account is mine. I submitted these documents.
However, I use the alias name (not my real name) on the PayPal profile, and my actual documents have not been accepted (because of alias name?).
I'm currently trying to change the name to a PayPal account by sending a query for it to message center. I tried to close the account, but that's not possible
until the problem "Your account access is limited" is solved.
Has anyone encountered such a problem? I'm afraid the card remains useless.
Since I have money on the card, I would like to get it in cash from card. Is it possible to withdraw money from the card?
Is it possible to make a new PayPal account on the same card?
If this card remains unusable, is it possible to withdraw money from it and create another card with my name in the bank?
Or, transfer money from a useless card to a new one?
Is it possible to change the name on the PayPal profile?
Best Regards.

Hi John107,
Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting.
When you are setting up a PayPal account the name you enter should be your full legal name as it appears on your ID. If you have opened an account in a false name you will not be able to change this or resolve the limitation on your account. Since you have already submitted documents I recommend adding information to your case to let the team in charge know that the name on your account is an alias and not your real name.
The good news is that as long as there are no other issues you can open a new PayPal account with a different email address. This is not something we would normally recommend when you have a limited account but since there is a name issue it would be fine in this case. You, however, won't be able to remove your card from your limited account. We don't allow the use of virtual (internet) cards on PayPal so I would recommend getting one from your bank to use on your new account. You should contact the card issuer in relation to using the money that is currently on the card.
I hope this helps.
Rachael
