I received a mail asking me about some recent transactions. I have received a small amount of money from members of an internet forum, that I am also a member of, for some items that I sent to them.
The mail asks me to log in, visit the resolution centre ansd provide details of the transactions and URL of website.
However when I log in following the instructions it asks me to upload documents? What documents?

Your best bet is to phone customer services and ask them >>
Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary page and use the phone option (if there is one in the country you are in) > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).
When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Thanks for the advice.
The instructions in the mail bear no resemblance to what I see on the website. Probably an out of date mail still being sent out. Complete shambles.

OK, I phoned and spoke to an agent who asked me to email details of the transactions queried
Has anyone else mailed them? Does it take long to resolve?
