From reading your posts there, it sounds like you are near to your receiving limit?
If this is true, then you would be seeing a warning on your account. Once you have provided everything it can take up to 30 days to complete a review on a warning. The reason for this is a warning does not affect the use of your PayPal account.
If however you do hit the £1900 limit before the warning has been fully reviewed, your account will be processed as a priority and the information will usually be reviewed within 24hours of you reaching that limit and the limitation being placed on your account.
