How long does it take for limits to be lifted? i am close the limit and have sent my verifications through twice now...i run an online business so need this sorted. first verifications was sent last Thursday? This is silly

does anyone know how long it takes for customer services to change a phone number on my account? i cannot retrieve my password so the gentleman said he can update my mobile number,so i gave him my new one and the option has gone for mobile call back of lost password,so im assuming he is updating it,i hope. does anyone know how long this take. it has been about30 mins at the moment.

i have emailed you and i still have no answer and am getting a bit peeved off with waiting!! i am trying to regain access to my personal paypal account after adding a single digit onto my password and my laptop not saving the new password!! i do not have access to the email account that it is linked to..so cannot recieve the change pw emails and it is not giving me the option of using a diff email!! i need to access this account for personnal use as i cannot sell and buy on my business account as its not business!! i am fed up to the back teeth of trying to contact you day after day,yeah get back to me in 24 hours???!!! its been a week.....you need to sort yourselves out.... can someone please help me out here it would be very much appreciated as paypal are obviously too busy ripping people off than helping them with their problems!!!

is no-one going to answer this question then?as it is being passed by all the mods, but while you are reading this,how do i connect my newer paypal to my older one as i do not need the 21day holding on my money,as i am not new to paypal or ebay

i havnt had a message about a tech problem that i can see. But all the steps are complete and still asking for more info from me,which they dont specify,but everything has been done,i have been trying for about 2 weeks now and just getting frustrated with it lol. i have asked on this forum x amount of times for advice,but they seem to dismiss the ones reguarding limits and getting our money,how convenient a? and i have also tried on another comp but to no avail

it is reguarding my limits,i have filled out all the questions and confirmed my identity but my limits are still in place,even though everything that is required has a tick next to it,alot of people are having the same problem and are getting no answer.Why is it telling me more info in needed to lift my limits?! i need this money as it is for my business and £2000 a year if not enough,i know i will hit that limit and it is not good enough that my limits have NOT been lifted even though i have done everything, £2000 isnt enough to cover business expenses,ebay fees,paypal fees and wages for a whole year,it is a joke and is really getting on nerves.i want my limits lifted as i have done everything i have been asked to do!

i have been asking the same question for a while now,i too have confirmed my identity to lift my limits and they still have not been lifted,even though everything has been completed and has a tick by it i havnt had an answer yet so i think if you get one youll be lucky,i will keep checking back though INCASE someone does happen to answe,but i wouldnt hold my breathe lets hope someone can answer this question sorry i couldnt be of more help 🙂

think i should get a prize for being patient this long lol i cant understand why my dob is saying that,it wont let me verify my account and lift my limits due to this error,and due to this ill end up having money in my paypal account that i cant touch,£2000 limit a year is not alot,but im pretty sure ill make more than that with still 10months to go!! but i wont be able to touch it,or can a mod or someone lift these limits for me please?
