Having problems paying for facebook credits.

Hi Im new on this Forum. I need help with paying for facebook credits. When I try to pay for facebook credits it tells me I have to get intouch with my Bank and something about 2 small deposits they have taken from me and that I should recieve a code. I havent had a code and my bank tells me I should be ok to purchase the credits because Im allready paying for stuff through PayPal. Hope some of you can help me with this. Thank you.x

Hi there ritanmuffin,

It sounds like you need to confirm your bank account. 

Here’s how to confirm your bank account:

1. Go to www.paypal.co.uk and log in to your account.
2. Click ‘Profile’ near the top of the page.
3. Click 'My money'.
4. In the Bank accounts section click 'Update'.
5. Click ‘Confirm’ next to the bank account you want to confirm.
6. Click the 'Set up Direct Debit' button.
7. The next page will display your bank details. Enter the full address of your bank account, then click ‘Submit'
