Account set with limitations

Hi please can anyone help I have been a member of ebay for approx 8 years and always use PayPal to pay ,I pay as soon as my bid is successful and have a 100% feedback but today I have tried to pay for something I had bid on and won and wasn't able to pay as my account has been set with limitations ? I have only ever used to purchase and never sold anything and now struggling to pay the seller please can anyone help !!! Thanks carole

It sounds like this may be your sending limit & you need to verify your PayPal account.

Once you confirm your card or bank account this should verify your PayPal account and lift this sending limit.
