Cannot set account type

Hello, a few days ago I got this message saying I have to verify my account because more than $2.500 have been transfered to my acount this year. When I clicked to the screen where I have all those "To Do" stuff, and then try to select my Account Type as "an individual" and tick that confirmation box, it just redirects me back to the list saying I still have to select my account type, which I did over 10 times! I really need help as I don't want my account to be restricted.

Thanks for posting about this.
When you hit this limit we have to verify your business type and also your identity. You should see that as another step in your resolution centre. There is an automated process used for this in most cases. If that process does not work as records don't match exactly we will ask for proof of your address and identity. This can be a photo ID and a bill or bank statement showing your name and address.
