Account restricted, can't lift it

I got a message logging in to paypal last month about reaching the annual receiving limit, which btw makes no sense as it was the start of the year and haven't received anything.... Anyway, I uploaded files that Paypal was asking for and it went ok. Then the fun started, been a month now with no word from paypal and restrictions not lifted. Whats funny also is the days counting until the account becomes limited. It says 134 days now, yesterday it said 127 days, a week back it was 130 days... I mean what the **bleep**...?

Status says, "waiting for your response". What response? I gave the info and paypal has not contacted me that they need something more or if something is wrong? Then when I click "Resolve" it says "More contact information required" and below the green ticks are there and last one is in progress "we will contact you if we need more information". Makes absolutely no sense to me...

Contact customer services and ask them?

Sorry, forgot from the original post. I have sent multiple messages through facebook, through their contact center and emailed them. No answer of any kind. Hard to believe that calling is the only way to get service from them, especially since it ain't free... But thank you for the advice.

Not from UK. UK community site is the closer one rather than the US one. And at least here (in Finland) nobody has a landline anymore. I mean they don't even build the old wiring to buildings anymore, haven't for years x)

You can post on any forum that you like, but for accurate advice it helps if you state what country you are actually in.
