Paypal 21 day money hold

Hello 

I started to sell on ebay.com 1.september 2013 , but 2 months ago I moved to UK so I decided that I have to make new paypal account based in UK . When I started to list items and to receive money , paypal put 21 days money hold on my account , again. 

Is it possible to lift this limit based on my previous selling history from my old account on ebay.com?

I doubt it as they apply the hold if you start selling on another email address.

BUT the only way to know for certain is to ask them, you may get lucky !
