Account Verification - Unable to Confirm by Post issue

Recently needed to more comprehensively verify my account due to EU laws about receiving more than £1900 per calendar year but after picking the 'Confirm by Post' option and receiving the letter, I can't actually type the code in because the resolution centre page says 'Unable to confirm by post'. I didn't even get the chance to type the code in! What should I do from here?

There are workarounds available from our Customer Services to get your limitation lifted from your account. My advice would be to call 087 07 307 191 and they will be able to offer you an alternative due to the problems you are having with the confirmation by post.
