Can take up to several business days. Is the refund from a Dispute or simply from the Seller? If from the Seller, that is totally up to the Seller as to when they actually do the the refund then add a few business days.

Once you see the refund completed / issued in your Paypal account, it should appear immediately if you used funding from a Paypal Account Balance, if you used a credit or debit card, it will take an average of 2 days to return back to the card once the refund process has completed.
